Students will learn Windows topics such as the start button, the task bar, short cut icons and Windows Explorer. Students also gain a general background on the Internet, browsers, service providers, e-mail and transfer protocol. Students will also have the typing practice.

Will teach you each and every working of a company's account in tally from basic to advanced taxation level. After that you will know how to use Tally.erp 9 for MIS (Management Information System) & Reporting purpose.
The student will be introduced to the Internet, including email basics and advanced features, web browser basics, web navigation, and web research.
Students study correct computer terminology and ethical business uses of current social media. Learners manage electronic files in a networked or cloud environment, navigate the Internet, conduct basic research necessary in a business office, communicate with others using online tools, and become familiar with an online learning management system.

The course provides the learner with the necessary techniques to keyboard accurately at a minimum of 25 net words per minute (nwpm) using the alpha and numeric keyboard.
Provides an opportunity to become proficient in the use of currently popular software packages or suites being used in courier and logistics sector. Includes Courier Management Software (CMS), ICMS, Ecommerce software, Logistics software and the terminology of these applications.
This course will introduce common business procedures. Students will operate telephone, postal, and shipping systems, create forms, perform reception duties, prepare for and document business meetings, and make travel arrangements. Focuses on correct English usage in a business environment and provides a comprehensive review of grammar, punctuation and style, as well as business spelling and vocabulary development.
Students will practice business writing skills, applying the mechanics of style, developing proofreading and editing skills and using words effectively. They will apply verbal and non-verbal styles to a variety of business communications. The students will also practice career and interpersonal skills necessary for success in the workplace, such as conflict resolution and business etiquette. They will work in teams to examine administrative, ergonomic and efficiency functions of a business office. Students will also learn about using PowerPoint to deliver demonstrations, training, and presentations in a professional manner.

Students will master effective job search techniques and understand the importance of matching skills and abilities with employer's needs. Students will complete pre-employment skills inventories, assess and access job markets, prepare a professional resume, write employment correspondence, and practice employment interview techniques.
Job Search techniques will help the student develop successful job search strategies, for today's competitive and changing job market. Topics include self-assessment, employability skill testing, job search strategies and research, using the Internet for job search and career planning, networking, resumes, employment-related communications, application forms, portfolios, and interviews.
